Public offer

1. General
This document is a public offer to provide AiKorkem’s paid services (the Premium plan, Live AI time packs). By paying you accept the offer in full.
2. Parties
The provider is the service operator (details on the Contact page). The customer is a user registered on aistyl.kz who has paid for a paid service.
3. Subject
The provider gives access to paid features for the paid period or amount: higher try-on and stylist message limits, Live AI time. The current contents are on the Pricing page.
4. Price and payment
The price in tenge is the one shown on the Pricing page at the moment of payment. Payment is made through Kaspi (payment provider Qut Pay): QR or the Kaspi app. One period is paid once; nothing is charged to a card automatically.
5. Providing the service
Access opens automatically once the payment is confirmed, and the period starts then. The service counts as provided when the period ends or the pack is fully used.
6. Refunds
Refunds follow the consumer protection law of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Send your request through the Contact page; money is returned through Kaspi to the payment method used.
7. Liability
AI results (recognition, outfits, try-on pictures) are suggestions and may differ from the real garment. The provider works to keep technical breaks short and announces planned maintenance in advance.
8. Personal data
Data is processed as described on the Privacy page. Payment card data never reaches us; only the payment provider processes it.
9. Term and changes
The offer takes effect when published on the site. Changes are published on this page and apply to new payments; a period already paid for does not change.
